A Positive Thought

In our Indian society, the life of a wife gets influenced by the life of her husband. It all started with a transfer. With less people to talk to, a different language and lots of exhibitions.’ While visiting these exhibitions, to her surprise, Priti found that Chikan work stuff was sold at expensive prices which never matched the quality, which she was accustomed to since her childhood as she was born and brought up at Lucknow. A thought arose in her mind. A thought to offer ‘Good Quality Chikan work’ on ‘fine fabric’at reasonable prices to the residents of Mysore. This may help to popularize and applaud the hard work of artisans back home. It started as a positive thought…... This, with immense support and motivation from her family and friends, “Priti’s Lucknow Chikan Home” was born.
